We offer a 14-day unconditional refund policy for all purchases.

Customers may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, regardless of usage.

To request a refund, email support@voxpope.com and include your Order ID and purchase email.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.

All payments and refunds are processed via Paddle. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or repeated excessive refund requests.
